SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Here at TTC Craftworks, we make everything to order. Due to the nature of the work, we have a blanket wait time of 4-10 weeks. The wait time is different for every product however this can be discussed prior to order.

We aim to get your parcel to you in the fastest time possible. However, delays happen, which we will inform you of as soon as we know. We ask for your patience and understanding in these times. 

Any postal delays due to strikes will be updated on this page. 

PLEASE NOTE: Using the 'Custom Order' option at checkout on regular orders to gain free shipping will be refunded and cancelled.

Custom Orders

When ordering a custom weapon please select 'Custom Order' as your delivery method. Due to the sizing difference of every order, shipping varies. When being quoted for your weapon the shipping will not be included, this is due to us not being able to quote this until it has been weighed and measured. Once your item is ready we will then send you the price of shipping, we will not be able to send your item prior to payment. If you would like to arrange your own shipping please do let us know. Rest assured we do our best to get your item to you in the fastest and cheapest way possible.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK 

You as the buyer are liable for any customs charges on import.

Return Policy

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our return policy. It is essential for us to maintain the quality of our products and offer the best experience to all our valued customers. Should you have any concerns or questions regarding our policies, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, who will be more than happy to assist you.

 

We can not accept refunds/returns for the following reasons:

  • knew an item was faulty when they bought it

  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it.

  • no longer want an item

If you suspect your item is damaged despite adhering to the “Fair Use” terms, you are to contact TTC Craftworks with the subject heading “RMA REQUEST”.

  • Please include an accurate description of your action which caused the breakage and include clear photographs of the damage.

  • Also include your Name, Address, and Contact Number

  • TTC Craftworks will contact you once we have reviewed your claim with a decision on the appropriate course of action.

  • TTC Craftworks may also ask for the product to be returned prior to a decision being made if the nature of damage to the product cannot be identified exclusively from the photos.

  • If authorized, an RMA number will be sent to you via email with instructions to return the item to us for repair, replacement or credit.

  • Please send items using a tracked and signed for postal service as items lost in transit are not refundable and will need to be claimed against by you.

  • Postage costs are not refunded.

  • If the RMA requires a full replacement and no item exists in stock, there will be a potential 14 working-day period where a replacement is made.

Cancellation Policy

All TTC Craftworks products are made to order, including catalogue items. This means production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

Cancellation Window (All Orders)

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already started.

  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours and work has not begun, a full refund will be issued.

  • After 24 hours, your order will be considered in production and cancellation may no longer be possible.

After Production Has Started

Once materials have been purchased or production has begun:

  • Orders can no longer be fully cancelled.

  • A partial refund may be offered, minus the cost of materials, labour, and any work already completed.

  • In some cases, cancellation may not be possible if the item is near completion or fully made.

Catalogue Items (Non-Custom Designs)

Even standard catalogue items are made to order.

  • These follow the same 24-hour cancellation window.

  • After this period, they are treated the same as custom items, as production may already be underway.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.

  • Any non-recoverable costs (materials, fees, labour) may be deducted from partial refunds.
